How can I prevent my cards from falling out of the card case of the CLICK & SLIDE?
After your cards are clicked into place, push the “One Touch” button upwards for locking of your cards. If you turn your case down with the opening, the cards should not fall out. Please note that shaking the case overhead is not part of a "normal" usage. Please be aware of the fact that the cards used in the CLICK & SLIDE are supposed to meet the ISO/IEC 7810 Standard ID-1. The ISO/IEC 7810 implies an international norm which defines the size of identity documents. Thus, our aluminium case is based on a design which meets these international norm and standards. The card case of the CLICK & SLIDE is not made for cards out of metal. For further details regarding the ISO/IEC 7810 Standard ID-1 please check section 7.
User-Manual
The following User's Guide provides brief instructions on how to use your wallet correctly. Please read them carefully before using your wallet.
1. Activate your wallet
For proper operation, your brand new wallet should be activated as follows:
- Slide 3-5 cards together halfway into the card case
- Move/press it about three times in both directions against the plugs (black rubber)

2. Insert cards
Press down max. 5 cards in the block until they "click".
- For max.5 / min.3 bank cards (mixture of max. 4 embossed + 1 flat card)
- Only insert cards all together, not one after the other
- Use only original bank cards (credit/debit)
- Individual cards may fall out or jam due to variations in card dimensions
3. Securing the cards
Push the side button upwards to secure the cards.
4. Let cards fan out
Press the side button down - the cards slide out in staggered order.
5. Do not wear over head
Shaking the drop head is not part of a "normal" application.
Due to deviations in the card dimensions, individual cards may fall out or get stuck.
