Returns Policy

You can return any products to us that have been purchased on truvirtue.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding any delivery costs) provided that they are returned in the original condition and packaging. Return freight is payable by the customer and we suggest sending via a trackable method as no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns.
